Structure Formula
VisChem Structure Formula was an application for creating
2D chemical structures of highest quality. A formula was
created by using the Click&Snap mechanism: select a
basic component by clicking its symbol and then click the
desired location in your formula. Our Click&Snap
mechanism did all adjustment for you, determining the
correct angle and location. Depending on your project, you
could develop advanced toolboxes representing fragments for
later reuse.
Every stage in the creation process could be saved as a
fragment and reused later. The functionality of a fragment
was the same as that of basic components. The default
setting followed standard conventions in chemistry. You had
the option to modify this setting for every single bond and
atom. The quality of the structure formula beat all our
competition.
The created structure formula could be dragged into a
VisualChemistry document or pasted into any other
publishing application.
