PhaseScope
PhaseScope, developed at the University of Houston - Clear Lake, was a custom Mathematica front-end that analyzes the solution and stability characteristics of systems of ordinary differential equations.

The solution to the Lorenz Attractor equation was displayed above.
Custom Mathematica front-ends shielded students from complex Mathematica code, let them interact graphically with mathematical systems, and helped them visualize the results through graphics and animations.
