SchemaView provided a secure and cost-effective method of disseminating knowledge of your database schema throughout your enterprise.
Users browse through schema diagrams viewing tables, views, columns, types and keys. Users can double-click an object to view its detail and documentation.
SchemaView operates on databases that have been created, modeled and documented with SchemaE, SchemaE-50, or SchemaModeler. SchemaView was like a view-only version of these other products and it was priced accordingly.
SchemaView reverse engineered the diagram directly from the database itself. Users knew that they were viewing the original. As changes occured to the schema and its documentation, SchemaView users were always up to date.
SchemaView also provided a view to the data within the schema. Tables, views and columns were dragged from SchemaView to InterSql where a query was automatically generated. In InterSql, the query could be modified or executed.
